Position Details
Position: Customer Service Officer I – Fiche Branch
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a bank
Key Competencies:
- Strong understanding of general financial products and services
- Familiarity with banking procedures and accounting
- Ability to resolve customer requests and inquiries effectively
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Familiarity with core banking systems
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide front-office customer service support
- Handle account maintenance, payments, and collections
- Manage cash and non-cash transactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and deliver high-quality service
