Educational Requirements:

Required Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.

- Ability to interact professionally with employees and visitors.

Position 2: Building Administrator
The company is also seeking a qualified Building Administrator to support building and property administration activities.
Educational Requirements:
- Diploma, BA, or BSc in any field.
Experience Requirements:
- Six years of relevant experience for Diploma holders.
- Four years of relevant post-qualification experience for degree holders.
- Proven experience in a similar position is required.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Good time-management abilities.
- Discipline and professional conduct.
- Relevant experience in building or property administration.

Position 3: Driver I

Educational Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 10.
- 3rd Grade driving license or equivalent.
