Position 1: Associate Foreclosure & Debt Litigation Officer
Qualification: LLB Degree in Law
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience, including at least 2 years in the banking sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle debt, loan litigation, foreclosure, and related legal cases
- Manage court and tribunal proceedings
- Provide legal support on loan defaults and recovery matters
- Identify emerging legal risks affecting the Bank
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Foreclosure & Debt Litigation Officer
Qualification: LLB Degree in Law
Experience: Minimum 4/6 years of relevant legal experience, including at least 3 years in banking.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide legal analysis and advice related to credit processes
- Draft legal opinions and advice
- Review and confirm legally required documents
- Support foreclosure, debt recovery, and litigation activities
- Help protect the Bank from potential legal risks
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
