Position: Junior Customer Service Officer
Hibret Bank is inviting qualified fresh graduates to apply for the position of Junior Customer Service Officer for its branches in Addis Ababa.
Qualifications and Requirements
- BA Degree in Accounting, Management, or Economics
- No prior work experience is required
- Banking experience is an advantage
- Applicants must be willing to sit for a competency test
- Graduates of 2026 G.C. / 2018 E.C. and recent graduates are eligible
- Minimum CGPA of 3.25
- Exit Exam: Pass
- Must be below 26 years of age
- Applicants must be able to provide a copy of their 8th-grade certificate and Kebele ID when requested
Experience
Selected candidates will be required to take a competency test as part of the recruitment process.
