Available Positions
1. Associate Contact Center Officer
Educational Qualification:
- BA in Administrative Service Management & Technology Systems, Marketing, or related fields
- Fluency in English required (knowledge of more than one local language is an added advantage)
Work Experience:
- 1 year as Junior Contact Center Officer / Junior Customer Service Officer or equivalent experience in the banking industry
OR - 1 year as Associate Contact Center Officer or equivalent experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
2. Management Information System (MIS) Officer
Educational Qualification:
- BSc in Computer Science or Information Systems
Work Experience:
- 2 years as Junior MIS Officer or equivalent, or 4 years relevant experience in the banking industry
OR - 2 years as MIS Officer or equivalent, or 5 years relevant experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
3. Associate Interface & Program Development Officer
Educational Qualification:
- BSc in Computer Science or Information Systems
Work Experience:
- 1 year as Junior Interface & Program Development Officer or equivalent experience in the banking industry
OR - 1 year as Associate Interface & Program Development Officer or equivalent experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
