Position: Data Clerk (Contract)
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or other related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Purpose of the Job
To assist in providing efficient and timely responses to shareholder requests and inquiries by maintaining share transaction records, managing shareholder accounts, allocating dividends, processing share transfers, and preparing share certificates.
Key Responsibilities
Specific Functions:
- Handle share transfers according to Bank policy and legal standards.
- Receive and respond to shareholder requests professionally.
- Maintain and update shareholder records and accounts.
- Assist in dividend allocation and share certificate issuance.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Generic Functions:
- Maintain and organize files and records effectively.
- Support teamwork, transparency, and collaboration in daily operations.
- Deliver services as per the Bank’s Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Provide administrative support as required by the work unit.
