Hexagon Computer Systems is a technology company established in 2009 G.C. The company provides a range of technology services, including:

• Preventive and corrective IT support
• Network infrastructure
• Web design
• CCTV camera supply and installation
• Technology and security systems

The company is looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Support & Systems Technician to join its team.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates and junior IT professionals who want to build practical experience in IT support, networking, security systems, and technology infrastructure.

Educational Qualification

Applicants should have a:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Computer Engineering
  • Networking
  • Related fields

Experience

• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
• Internships, academic projects, personal projects, and practical technical experience are considered valuable.
• Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.

Required Technical Skills

Applicants should have practical knowledge or training in several of the following areas:

1. IT Support & Troubleshooting

• Windows and basic desktop operating systems
• Computer hardware and peripherals
• Software installation and configuration
• Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
• Basic user account and system administration
• General IT troubleshooting and problem-solving

2. Networking

• LAN installation and configuration
• Network cabling and termination
• Switches and routers
• Wi-Fi configuration
• Basic network configuration
• TCP/IP
• Basic network troubleshooting
• Network testing and fault diagnosis

3. Security & Communication Systems

Knowledge or hands-on experience with:

• Fire alarm system addressing, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• CCTV camera installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Access door/access control system installation and configuration
• Intercom system installation and configuration
• PABX/IP-PBX installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Additional Skills – Advantage

Experience or knowledge in the following areas will be an advantage:

• Python
• JavaScript
• PHP or similar programming/scripting languages
• AI-assisted development and productivity tools, including Claude Code
• GitHub and basic Git workflows
• Vercel and modern web deployment environments
• cPanel
• Web hosting
• Domains, DNS, and SSL
• Website deployment
• Basic website development and maintenance
• Linux/server administration
• Cloud services
• Web-based applications
