Position 1: Business Analyst
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in management accounting or controlling, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
Work Location
Addis Ababa
Position 2: Site Fleet Controller
Educational Qualification
- TVET Level 3 in Automotive Engineering or higher in a related field
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in fleet management operations
- Good knowledge of:
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- MS Office
- ERP systems
- Good knowledge of Ethiopian transport and insurance legislation
- Understanding of:
- Planning
- Order management
- Transportation management
- Warehousing
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Knowledge of commercial and supply-chain processes
- Ability to use advanced logistics tools
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills
- Financial understanding
- Innovative and detail-oriented
Special Conditions
- Must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in case of emergencies
- Must be willing to travel frequently within Ethiopia and abroad when required

Position 3: Technician – Mechanical
Educational Qualification
- BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Equivalent vocational education may also be considered
Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of maintenance experience
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Ability to execute Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities
- Ability to train operators in AM activities
- Independent user of:
- Windows
- Microsoft Office
- Maximo
Work Location
Harar
Position 4: Technician – Electrical
Educational Qualification
- BSc in Electrical Engineering
- Equivalent vocational education may be considered
Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of maintenance experience
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery
- Experience with TPM
- Ability to execute AM activities and train operators
- Independent user of Windows, Office, and Maximo
- Basic knowledge of process automation control
- Certified to work with low voltage
- Strong knowledge of LOTO procedures and activities
- Good understanding of technical drawings, including:
- AutoCAD
- P&ID
- Wiring diagrams

Position 5: Forklift Truck Operator
Educational Qualification
- TVET background or High School completion
Experience & Skills
- 1+ year of experience in logistics
- Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) driver’s license/certificate is mandatory
- Local language proficiency
- Experience with barcode scanning and handheld/RF devices is an advantage where WMS is applicable
