POSITION SUMMARY
Haile Hotels and Resorts Group is seeking a motivated and responsible Credit Collection Clerk to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and following up on credit sales at the onsite location, maintaining excellent relationships with clients, and ensuring timely payments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up with clients on outstanding credit payments
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of credit transactions
- Work closely with the finance and front office teams to track credit sales
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support related to billing
- Prepare credit collection reports for management
- Maintain professionalism and customer service throughout all client interactions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage credit collections tactfully and efficiently
- Attention to detail and basic financial record-keeping
- Prior experience in hospitality or finance is a plus
- Good command of Amharic and English languages
