Job Summary: Sales Promoter
Are you a motivated and energetic recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in sales? Habesha Breweries S.C. is hiring Sales Promoters to help grow its customer base and improve market visibility. This is a junior position managed by a third-party agency with potential for advancement within Habesha’s sales organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: BA/BSc degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Experience: Preferably 1 year of experience in sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Responsibilities
- Attract new customers and maximize sales in assigned territories
- Meet daily sales volume targets and submit accurate sales reports
- Identify key strategic outlets and drive product placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners and staff
- Execute promotional activities and communicate product benefits
- Monitor product availability and ensure optimal stock levels
- Support the maintenance of company equipment (e.g., fridges) and report issues
- Assist with product launches, customer events, and field activations
- Actively open new accounts to expand product reach and visibility
