Position Summary: Sales Representative (Power & Renewable Energy)
We are seeking highly motivated female Sales Representatives with a passion for renewable energy to join our growing team. You will drive sales for cutting-edge power solutions, build strong customer relationships, and support Ethiopia’s clean energy transition.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Experience: 2–3 years in sales, preferably in the power, energy, or renewable energy sectors
- Strong knowledge of solar, wind, and other clean energy systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid driving license required

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales strategies for renewable energy products and services
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Assess client requirements and recommend tailored energy solutions
- Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to provide sales support
- Manage customer orders, delivery coordination, and post-sales follow-up
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales service
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client engagement forums
- Generate sales reports and contribute to strategic business planning
- Work with local operations teams for logistics, component sourcing, and installation coordination
- Lead efforts in customer education and training initiatives
