Available Positions
1. Junior Attorney and Corporate Counsel – 6 Month Contract
Qualifications
- LLB/Bachelor of Laws
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare legal pleadings, writs, defenses, and submissions
- Draft, review, and monitor contracts and legal documents
- Provide legal opinions and advisory services
- Assist in developing procedures, manuals, and guidelines
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Regional Sales Manager
Qualifications
- BA/MA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- 4–6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in managerial roles in FMCG or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and people management
- Distributor and RTM management
- Business performance monitoring and execution
- Customer relationship management
- Planning and administrative duties
Location: West Region – Jimma, Gondar & Gojam
3. Call Center Manager
Qualifications
- BA/BSc in Arts, Science, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales management
- Experience in managing customer care or contact center operations is a plus
Languages: Amharic, English, and other local languages (preferred)
Location: Addis Ababa
4. Call Center Operator
Qualifications
- BA/BSc in Arts, Science, or related disciplines
- 1–2 years experience in tele-sales, call center, or customer service
- FMCG or brewery industry experience is an advantage
Languages: Amharic, English, and other local languages (preferred)
