Job Summary
Greenfix Plastics PLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Executive (ጉዳይ አስፈፃሚ) with relevant work experience to manage and coordinate case files efficiently.
The ideal candidate will handle case documentation, liaise with clients and internal teams, and ensure timely processing of cases in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Case Executive, Case Officer, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of case handling procedures and documentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain assigned case files from initiation to closure
- Prepare, review, and verify all case-related documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with clients, legal teams, and internal departments to collect required information
- Ensure cases are processed within defined timelines and service standards
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and related actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Identify discrepancies in case files and escalate issues when necessary

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of legal procedures and documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
