About Grand MFI
Grand Microfinance Institution Share Company (Grand MFI) was established in accordance with Proclamation No. 626/2009 of the National Bank of Ethiopia by 366 visionary individual shareholders and one Share Company. Grand MFI was established with the purpose of providing financial and non-financial services to active poor and the ‘missing middle income’ urban and rural residents.
Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Grand MFI is looking for motivated graduates to join as Junior Customer Service Officers at its Sebeta, Modjo, and Kera branches.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or any business-related field.
- Experience: No prior work experience required.
- Graduation Date: Must have graduated between 2022 and 2025 only. Exit Exam result is mandatory.
- Language Skill: Afan Oromo language proficiency is mandatory for applicants to the Sebeta and Modjo Branches.
- Number of Openings: Three (3) – one for each branch location (Sebeta, Modjo, and Kera).
Position 2: Branch Manager
Grand MFI is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Modjo branch operations.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: BA/BSc in any business field. Must have passed certified MFI trainings in credit & default management, risk management, savings mobilizations, etc.
- Experience: 4 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in a similar Branch Manager role OR 4 years as a Senior Customer Service Officer. Experience within a Microfinance Institution is highly preferable.
- Language Skill: Afan Oromo language proficiency is mandatory.
- Work Place: Modjo branch.
