Available Position
1. General Accountant
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Required Skills
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (GAAP, IFRS).
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret financial data.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Review financial data for trends and variances.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory standards.
2. General Ledger Management
- Ensure accuracy of the general ledger.
- Post and review journal entries.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
3. Month-End & Year-End Closing
- Manage monthly and yearly closing processes.
- Coordinate adjustments and prepare audit-ready documentation.
- Work with other departments to ensure complete records.
4. Supervision & Mentoring
- Guide junior accountants and assistants.
- Review their tasks and provide feedback.
- Support training on new systems and processes.
5. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support budget preparation and cash flow forecasting.
- Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
6. Internal Controls & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of internal controls and accounting policies.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
7. Tax Reporting & Compliance
- Assist with filings for income tax, VAT/GST, and other taxes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Communicate with external tax advisors when required.
8. Process Improvement & Automation
- Recommend and implement process efficiencies.
- Support automation and accounting software upgrades.
9. Other Duties
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.

- Computer with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero)
- Filing systems for document management
- Office supplies and calculators
- Microsoft Office (Excel)
