1. Sales Shop Cashier
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Degree / Diploma in Accounting or Accounting & Finance
- Additional training in accounting, sales, or cashiering is an advantage
- 0–2 years of experience as a cashier
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers is a plus
Skills
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle busy customer flow
- Basic computer and POS operation skills
- Honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness
Language Requirement
- Speaking Oromigna is mandatory

2. Sales Shop Head
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, shop supervision, or related positions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in leading and supervising retail staff
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong sales skills and understanding of retail operations
- Ability to handle cash accurately and maintain financial records
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock management
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and sales reporting tools
Language Requirement
- Speaking Oromigna is mandatory
