About Goh Betoch Bank S.C
Goh Betoch Bank S.C is Ethiopia’s first private mortgage bank, officially opening its doors on October 25 as the country’s 21st commercial bank. The bank was founded by 11 visionary individuals, including veteran bankers, investors, and academicians committed to addressing Ethiopia’s housing finance challenges.
The Bank was established to respond to the country’s growing housing demand, rising construction costs, inflation pressures, and limited housing finance mechanisms, with the goal of expanding access to affordable housing finance solutions.

Position 1: Graduate Trainee
Place of Work: Tepi Branch
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any business-related field
Eligibility Criteria
- Only 2025 G.C graduates
- Must have passed the National Exit Examination
- Minimum CGPA: 3.75 and above
- Zero year experience required

Position 2: Customer Service Officer III
Place of Work: Tepi Branch
Educational Qualification
- Minimum BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience in banking operations
Salary: Attractive, as per the Bank scale
Position 3: Team Leader I – Information System Security

Educational Qualification
- Minimum BSc Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Science, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of related work experience

Educational Qualification
