Position: Junior Bid Organizer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in bid organization, proposal preparation, or consultancy services
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation, compilation, and organization of bidding and proposal documents
- Review bid documents to ensure compliance with client requirements and instructions
- Coordinate with technical and financial teams to collect proposal inputs
- Maintain bid schedules and ensure timely submission
- Organize and archive bid documents, references, and supporting materials
- Support preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), technical and financial proposals
- Assist in formatting, printing, binding, and submission of bid documents
- Track ongoing and upcoming tenders and maintain a bid opportunity database
- Support post-submission activities including clarifications and follow-ups
