Goh Betoch Bank S.C is Ethiopia’s first private mortgage bank, officially launched as the 21st bank in the country. Founded by 11 visionary professionals including veteran bankers, investors, and academicians, the bank was established to address Ethiopia’s housing finance challenges.
The bank aims to tackle the country’s housing backlog, rising construction costs, inflation pressures, and limited housing financing schemes by introducing innovative mortgage solutions and financial services.

Position 1: Administrative Assistant I
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum BA Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Administrative Service Management, or related business field
- 3 years of related work experience
Salary: As per Bank Scale (Attractive)
Location: Head Office
Position 2: Customer Service Officer III
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of related experience in banking operations
Salary: As per Bank Scale (Attractive)
Place of Work: Addis Ababa Branches
Position 3: Digital Banking Officer I
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or related field
- 3 years of related experience in banking operations
Salary: As per Bank Scale (Attractive)
Location: Head Office
Position 4: Manager – Infrastructure Management
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum BA Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- 10 years of relevant work experience
- Network certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are preferable
- Experience in system administration within heterogeneous environments, particularly UNIX, is advantageous
