JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Graduate Trainee
Educationand Experience:
Minimum of BA Degree in Management/Economics/Accounting & Finance/Marketing/Banking & Finance/Business Administration and any business related field of study with zero year experience.
- Only graduate of 2024/2025 G.C and who passed national exit examination with 3.75 and above CGPA.

Position 2: Junior Brand And Promotion Officer
Education and Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Marketing/Journalism/Management /Economics/Business Administration and related field of study with 2 years of related work experience.
- Certificate in Digital Marketing and Creative Designing is preferable.

Position 3: Customer Service Officer III
Education and Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance, Business Administration and any business related field of study with 3 years of related work experience in Banking operations.

Position 4: Senior Research And Product Development Officer
Education and Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Economics/Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Marketing or business related field of study and 4 years of experience in research and product development

Position 5: Senior Branch Operation Officer
Education and Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Economics/Marketing/Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with 4 years of experience in Banking operations area/Sales experience

Position 6: Branch Manager
Education and Experience: Minimum of BA Degree in Management/Economics/Accounting & Finance/Marketing/Banking & Finance or Business Administration and any business related field of study with 6 years’ work experience in banking operations out of which 2 years in supervision position.
