Position Summary
The Graduate Sales Intern will gain hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C sales within the construction industry. The role is designed to develop future sales professionals by providing exposure to:
- Technical product knowledge
- Customer relationship management
- Market research
- Field sales operations
Candidates who demonstrate strong performance during the internship period may be offered permanent employment opportunities within the company.
Education Requirements
- BSc or BA Degree in:
- Civil Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Marketing and Sales
- Related fields
- 0 years of experience required (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and site inspections
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Internship or part-time experience in sales, retail, or customer service
- Interest in construction materials, chemistry, or engineering
