Position Summary
ELFORA Agro-Industries PLC is seeking qualified and competent professionals to fill multiple vacancies at its Melge Wendo Agro-Processing Plant and Meki Town operations. Position Details
1. Junior Accountant
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or Accounting from a recognized university/college
Experience:
- No prior work experience required

2. HR Admin Assistant
Education Requirements:
- Diploma (TVET Level IV / 10+3) in Management, Human Resource Management, or related field

3. Hygiene and Sanitation Officer
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience

4. Security Guard
Education Requirements:
- 12th / 10th Grade completed
OR - 8th Grade completed with basic military training
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in security
Required Skills:
- Technical proficiency
Workplace: Nettle Integrated Farm, Meki Town, Oromia
5. Security Shift Headman
Education Requirements:
- 12th / 10th Grade completed
OR - 8th Grade completed with basic military training
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in security
OR - Minimum 4 years of work experience in security field
Required Skills:
- Communication
- Security and safety management
Workplace: Meki Town, Oromia
6. General Services Supervisor
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Office Services, or related field
OR - Diploma (TVET 10+3) in Management, Human Resource, Office Services Management, Transport Operations Management, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience (at least 1 year in supervisory/senior expertise role)
OR - Minimum 5 years of related work experience (at least 2 years in supervisory/senior expertise role)
