POSITION 1: JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Peachtree preferred)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Prior internship experience is an advantage
POSITION 2: STOREKEEPER
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent (inventory certification is an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in storekeeping or related role
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (advantage)
- Good teamwork and communication skills
POSITION 3: SALES EXECUTIVE
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, or related field (or diploma + 3 years experience)
- Experience in retail sales (electronics preferred)
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Target-oriented and sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Flexible working schedule (including weekends if required)
POSITION 4: HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Qualifications:
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field
- HR certification is an advantage
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law
- Experience handling legal and disciplinary HR cases
- Strong confidentiality, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to attend legal/government offices when required
POSITION 5: SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of senior accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
