Position 2: IT Trainee
- Education: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- CGPA Requirement: Female: 3.00+ | Male: 3.25+
- Other Requirements:
- Exit exam result mandatory
- Grade 8 certificate required
- Age ≤ 30 years
- Graduation year: 2025 only
- No work experience required
- Place of Work: Head Office & Branches
Position 3: Management Trainee
- Education: MBA/MA/MSc in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
- CGPA Requirement: Female: 3.00+ | Male: 3.25+
- Other Requirements:
- Grade 8 certificate required
- Age ≤ 35 years
- Graduation years: 2024 & 2025 only
- No work experience required
- Place of Work: Head Office & Branches
Position 4: Junior Banker
- Education: BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in banking
- Place of Work: Finfinne (A.A) & Shegar Cities
Position 5: Senior Cashier
- Education: BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking
- Place of Work: Finfinne (A.A) & Shegar Cities
Position 6: Branch Accountant
- Education: BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking

Position 7: Branch Manager I
