Program Overview
The Professional Development Program (PDP) is a 6–12 month rotational experience designed for fresh graduates. Participants will:
- Spend 70% of their time on-the-job, gaining hands-on experience in various departments within their function.
- Receive structured classroom and digital training focused on both technical and soft skills.
- Benefit from mentorship and coaching by experienced leaders.
Upon successful completion, high-performing participants will be offered permanent positions aligned with their skills and company needs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational assignments across departments.
- Complete assigned projects and deliverables.
- Engage in on-the-job learning under close supervision.
- Attend structured training sessions and complete learning modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to daily operations.
- Present project outcomes to management.
- Apply feedback for continuous improvement while upholding company values.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduates of 2017 E.C. (2025 G.C.) only.
- BA Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing Management, or related fields.
- Minimum CGPA: 2.75 (subject to change depending on applicant volume).
- Must have passed the national exit exam.
