JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Accountant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 up to 3 years of experience in accountant roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (Peachtree).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
- Oversee general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and
payroll processing. - Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax laws.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Work closely with auditors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial audits.
- Knowledge of handling cash register machines.
- Handling petty cash.
