JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Telemarketer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with job portals and LinkedIn profile management.
- Ability to multitask and handle candidate follow-ups efficiently.
- Previous telemarketing or recruitment experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidate profiles and applications across job portals (Dice, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
- Maintain and update professional accounts on LinkedIn.
- Conduct follow-ups with candidates actively seeking job opportunities.
- Assist in outreach and engagement with potential job seekers.
- Support telemarketing and communication efforts as required.
Working Time: Second Shift from 4PM-12AM
People required: 10
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopian IT Park Corporation
Due to our transport arrangement, we will prioritize candidates residing in the following areas of Addis Ababa Goro area, Figa, Summit area, Megenanga area, Bole Gerji area and around TuluDimtu area
