Position: Finance Intern – Entry-Level NGO Role
This internship offers recent finance and accounting graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international NGO setting. You will contribute to daily financial operations while developing your skills in compliance, reporting, and ethical financial management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, completed in 2023 or 2024, with a minimum CGPA of 3.5. Must have passed the exit exam.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Basic knowledge of photocopiers/scanners is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Amharic and English (written and spoken).
Personal Attributes:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable to a multicultural, team-oriented environment.
