Position 1: Field Sales Representative (10)
Requirements:
- BA Degree in any field
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Multilingual candidates preferred
- Target-oriented and proactive
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and conduct field visits
- Promote products and drive sales
- Build customer relationships
- Convert leads into sales
Compensation:
- Salary: 10,000 ETB/month
- Commission: 2% on sales
Position 2: Showroom Host (4)
Requirements:
- BA Degree in any field
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Presentable and professional
- Female applicants encouraged
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers
- Support sales process
- Maintain showroom environment
Compensation:
- Salary: 10,000 ETB/month
- Commission: 0.5% on sales
Position 3: Showroom Manager (2)
Requirements:
- BA in Marketing, Business, Accounting, or related
- Experience in sales and leadership
- Strong management and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead showroom operations and team
- Drive sales performance
- Ensure high customer service standards
- Manage daily operations and reporting
Compensation:
- Salary: 23,740 ETB/month
- Commission:
- 2% on personal sales
- 0.5% on team sales
