Vacant Positions & Requirements
1. Documentation Officer – Logistics/Operations
Experience: Fresh Graduates
Location: Meskel Flower, Addis Ababa
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support documentation processes for logistics and operations
- Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and transport documents
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in reporting and filing as required
2. Finance Assistant
Educational Qualification: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Location: Meskel Flower, Addis Ababa
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial record-keeping and reporting
- Prepare financial documents and statements
- Support the finance team with budgeting and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
