Position 1: Junior Sales Officer
Qualification
- Degree in BA/BSc or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide accurate information about services and products
- Support the sales process (presentations, proposals, quotations)
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
- Maintain sales records and prepare performance reports
- Understand and promote company products and services
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Finance Supervisor
Qualification
- Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analyze financial performance and identify improvements
- Prepare financial reports and presentations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Implement internal controls and risk management systems
- Lead and supervise finance team
Location: Hawassa & Dessie
Position 3: Contract and Counseling Manager
Qualification
- LLB Degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal and corporate governance documents
- Conduct legal research and provide advisory support
- Prepare and manage contracts and agreements
