Position: Junior Call Center Officer
Qualifications:
- Education:
- BA Degree (0 years of experience), or
- College Diploma + TVET Level IV (0 years of experience).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls courteously and provide accurate information on services, policies, and products.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
- Support customers across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Record and update customer information in the call center database or CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services where appropriate.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and customer-first service delivery.
- Meet targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
- Participate in training to strengthen product knowledge and service skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and industry standards.
- Perform related tasks assigned by supervisors.
