Available Positions
1. Office Attendant
Qualifications:
- TVET Level III with 0 years of experience OR TVET Level III with 2 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling.
- Monitor and restock office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Set up meeting rooms and assist in office events.
- Provide basic administrative support (filing, photocopying, assisting staff).
- Ensure office security and visitor monitoring.
- Report office-related issues to supervisors.
Location: Addis Ababa
2. DFS & NID Assistant
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- 0 years of experience (Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply).
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information and process transactions.
- Promote and cross-sell Ethiopost’s services.
- Verify customer information and capture biometric data.
- Support applicants during National ID registration.
- Facilitate digital payments and account opening services.
- Reconcile daily cash and e-float transactions.
