JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position 1: Supplies and Facilities Officer
Qualification:
- Degree in logistics, supply chain and accounting
Responsibilities:
- Identify the organization’s supplies and equipment needs in coordination with department heads at the district level.
- Maintain an updated inventory of supplies, equipment, and assets, and implement inventory control measures.
- Regularly monitor stock levels, anticipate demand, and ensure timely replenishment of essential items.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities, including offices, warehouses, and other company-owned properties at the district level.
- Develop and manage the supplies and facilities budget in coordination with the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement and facilities management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.

Position 2: Senior Auditor
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance auditing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Audits: Plan and execute financial audits in accordance with established auditing standards and procedures.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks associated with financial operations and develop audit strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Financial Reporting: Review financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Report Findings: Prepare comprehensive audit reports that document findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations for management.
- Internal Controls: Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed audit reports that summarize findings, conclusions, and recommendations for management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, finance teams, management, and external auditors to facilitate the audit process and resolve any issues.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior auditors and finance staff on best practices in auditing and financial reporting.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects or investigations as needed, providing financial expertise and insights.
- Follow-Up: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution.
