Position 1: Junior Office of Exchange Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA/BSc Degree or Diploma
- 0 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Execute air and land inventory plans and prepare inventory sheets accordingly
- Prepare and present travel schedules of incoming messages and ensure proper implementation
- Prepare exchange lists of air and land messages considering speed, reliability, and cost
- Monitor proper handling of consignments and respond to international inquiries in a timely manner
- Confirm number and weight of overland mail arriving from foreign countries and transfer to International Accounts Department
- Provide guidance and support to exchange function participants before, during, and after placement

Position 2: AMU Supervisor
Educational Qualification
- BA/BSc Degree
- 3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaborate effectively with staff
- Coordinate service fulfillment processes and dispatch items promptly
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to AMU service teams
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Motorist
Educational Qualification
- College Diploma + TVET Level IV (0 years experience)
OR - TVET Level III + 2 years experience
OR - TVET Level II + 4 years experience
OR - Secondary education + 4 years motorist experience (Delivery Fleet)
- TVET Level II + 2 years motorist experience
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the motorbike in good condition and perform regular checks
- Review daily schedules and ensure readiness before departure
- Conduct daily maintenance and report repair needs promptly
- Load and unload materials according to manufacturer capacity
- Ensure sufficient fuel and maintain cleanliness of the motorbike
- Record fuel consumption and maintain accurate log sheets
- Report accidents, technical failures, or theft immediately
- Follow driver regulations as per HR Procedure Manual
- Stay informed about security regulations and act proactively
