Position 1: Junior Sales Officer

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about services

- Educate customers about Ethiopost’s products and services
- Handle orders, transactions, and ensure timely delivery
- Investigate and resolve customer issues with ownership and care
- Document feedback and report to improve service quality
