POSITION: Loyalty Program Coordinator
Required Qualifications:
Option 1:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Sales, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in membership management, sales, or customer service in a 5-star hotel
OR
Option 2:
- College Diploma / Level III in the same fields from a recognized TVET/College
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the same areas within a 5-star hotel
Additional Requirements:
- Must be aged between 18–35 years
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Prior experience managing loyalty or membership programs is a plus
- High attention to detail and service excellence
Documents to Bring:
- 8th Grade Certificate or Birth Certificate
- 1 passport-size photograph
