Educational Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Law, a business-related field, or a closely related discipline.
- Have completed their degree within the last two years.
- Achieve a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25.
- Female applicants may apply with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00, in line with the organization’s gender-inclusion criteria.
Work Experience
- Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with up to two years of related work experience are also eligible.
Required Skills and Competencies
1. Analytical and Quantitative Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Numerical proficiency and the ability to interpret data.
2. Language Proficiency
- Fluency in English and Amharic.
- Knowledge of additional Ethiopian languages is an advantage.
3. Communication and Teamwork
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse teams.
4. Interest in Financial Markets
- Genuine interest in financial markets and capital market development.
- Academic exposure to or interest in Islamic finance, including Sharia-compliant securities, is an added advantage.
