1. Associate Human Rights Officer
Education:
- LLB/LLM in Law, Human Rights Law, or International Law
Experience:
- 0 years for LLM holders
- 2 years for LLB holders
- OR 6–12 months participation in the Young Leaders (Internship) Program
Other Requirements:
- Computer literacy
- Excellent command of Amharic and English; knowledge of other local languages is an asset
Salary: ETB 17,750 – 20,567 + ETB 8,640 Housing + ETB 3,300 Transport
Location: Semera City / Jigjiga City
2. Program Assistant
Education:
- BA Degree or Level IV Diploma in Management, Administration, or Secretarial Science
Experience:
- 2 years (BA) or 4 years (Diploma)
- Experience in event management, logistics, or travel coordination is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of Amharic (required); other local languages advantageous
Salary: ETB 9,667 – 10,806 + ETB 4,320 Housing + ETB 3,300 Transport
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
3. Human Rights Resource Center Officer
Education:
- BA/MA in Library Science, Information/Knowledge Management, or Information Science
Experience:
- 4 years (BA) or 2 years (MA) in resource center or documentation management
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in cataloguing systems and digital databases
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Salary: ETB 20,400 – 23,683 + ETB 8,640 Housing + ETB 3,300 Transport
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
4. Human Rights Officer – Needs Assessment and Evaluation
Education:
- LLB/LLM in Law, Human Rights Law, or International Law
Experience:
- 4 years (LLB) or 2 years (LLM)
Other Requirements:
- Computer literacy
- Fluency in Amharic (required); other local languages are an advantage
Salary: ETB 20,400 – 23,683 + ETB 8,640 Housing + ETB 3,300 Transport

5. Human Rights Officer – Curriculum Design & Material Production
Education:
- LLB/LLM in Law, Human Rights Law, or International Law
Experience:
- 4 years (LLB) or 2 years (LLM)

- Fluency in Amharic (required); knowledge of other local languages preferred
