About the Opportunity
Ethiopian Airlines Group has partnered with Etihad Airways to offer candidates the opportunity to apply directly for the Cabin Crew position at Etihad Airways.
This initiative allows applicants who previously applied for the Cabin Crew position with Ethiopian Airlines to proceed with Etihad Airways through a dedicated online application process.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify as an Etihad Airways Cabin Crew member, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Minimum height: 160 cm (no reach test required)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset
- Excellent grooming standards, adhering to Etihad’s professional image guidelines
- No visible tattoos or piercings (only one earring per lobe for females)
- Clean criminal record and ability to travel globally without restrictions
- Willingness to serve alcohol and comply with UAE & GCAA regulations
- Ability to swim and remain calm in water using a flotation device
