Available Positions
1. Finance Supervisor / Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, including at least 1 year in a senior role
- Experience in construction finance or project-based accounting is highly desirable
- Experience with international construction companies or development projects in Ethiopia is a plus

2. Fuel Officer
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fuel management, preferably in construction or logistics companies

3. Senior Accountant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience, including at least 1 year in an international company (advantageous)
- Experience in construction firms and working with affiliated organizations commissioning complex projects is a plus
- Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures relevant to the construction industry in Ethiopia
- Familiarity with local finance and accounting laws and financial software
