About Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA)
The Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) was established under Capital Market Proclamation No. 1248/2021 as an autonomous federal regulatory authority. ECMA works to create a fair, orderly, and efficient capital market environment where securities can be issued and traded effectively.
The authority is responsible for licensing and regulating securities exchanges, derivative exchanges, depository and clearing companies, capital market service providers, and other regulated market activities in Ethiopia.
Position: Head Human Capital Management
Qualification Requirements
- Master’s Degree or above in:
- Human Resources
- Personnel Management
- Management
- Business Administration
- Or related field from an accredited institution
Work Experience
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience
- Out of which 2 years must be in a management or equivalent position
