The Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) is a federal regulatory authority established by Capital Market Proclamation No. 1248/2021 to oversee the orderly, fair, and efficient functioning of Ethiopia’s capital markets. ECMA plays a vital role in licensing, supervising, and regulating all capital market participants including securities exchanges, clearing houses, and service providers.

Open Positions
Position 1: Market Supervision Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in BAIS, Economics, Management, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Technology/Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Market Supervision Officer II
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance and Accounting or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Certification: Preferably CPA, ACCA, or similar professional financial qualification.
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Regulatory Policy Development Officer II
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Economics, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant regulatory or policy experience.
