Open Positions
Position 1: Executive Secretary to the CEO Office
Requirements:
- BA in Secretarial Science, Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in executive-level secretarial work
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Share Administrator
Requirements:
- BA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking or microfinance
- Detail-oriented and confidentiality-conscious
- Strong MS Office proficiency
- Excellent communication and recordkeeping skills
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Treasury Officer
Requirements:
- BA/MA in Accounting & Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- 2–5 years of experience in treasury, banking, or finance operations
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Database management knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- A proactive team player with good business acumen
