Position: School of Finance Trainees (SOF)
Ethiopian Airlines Group is inviting qualified applicants for its School of Finance Trainees program.
Educational Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
Option 1:
- 10+3 or Level IV Diploma in Accounting from a recognized college or university.
OR
Option 2:
- Completion of 65–85 credit hours or 109–142 ECTS in Accounting or Accounting & Finance.
- Minimum CGPA of 2.5.
- Minimum grade of “C” in all principal and intermediate accounting courses.
Important Eligibility Requirement
Applicants with more than 85 credit hours or 142 ECTS, including BA degree graduates, are considered overqualified and will not be accepted.
Age Requirement
Applicants must be 20–27 years old, inclusive.
Language Requirement
- Knowledge of English, the working language of Ethiopian Airlines, is mandatory.
