Position: Junior Customer Service Officer
Bunna Bank is inviting qualified and energetic fresh graduates to apply for the position of Junior Customer Service Officer.
Education
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree (First Degree) in:
- Accounting
- Management
- Finance
- Economics
- Banking & Finance
- Related fields
Experience
No prior work experience is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Professional certificates or knowledge in the following areas are considered an advantage:
- Computer Applications
- Management Information Systems (MIS)
- IT Fundamentals

Key Responsibilities
- Handle account opening and maintain customer registers and document custody.
- Process counter transactions, cheque deposits, and returned cheques.
- Assist Senior Customer Service Officers with back-office operations.
- Support daily reconciliations, including ATM, POS, merchant, and branch books.
- Assist with clearing suspense accounts.
- Promote bank products, services, and alternative digital banking channels.
- Support deposit mobilization and customer acquisition.
- Build relationships with merchants and agents.
- Respond to customer inquiries while maintaining service quality and confidentiality.
