Position 1: Financial Controller
Educational Qualification
Applicants should have:
Option 1:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Food and Beverage Service
- Hotel Management
- Restaurant Management
- Hotels and Tourism Management
- Cooperative Business Management
- Related fields
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience.
- At least 2 years in a Managerial or equivalent position in a large-scale catering institute or 4/5-star hotel.
OR
Option 2:
- Master’s Degree in the above-mentioned fields.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience.
- At least 2 years in a Managerial or equivalent position in a large-scale catering institute or 4/5-star hotel.
Position 2: Manager Finance-EH
Educational Qualification
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Accounting
- Accounting and Finance
- Accounting Information System
- Related fields
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant hotel experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or equivalent position.
OR
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Accounting Information System, or related fields.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant hotel experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or equivalent position.
Position 3: Manager Procurement & Warehouse Management-EH
Educational Qualification
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Purchasing and Supply Management
- Logistics
- Procurement and Supplies Management
- Management
- Business Management
- Business Administration
- Related business fields
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant hotel experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or equivalent position.
OR
- Master’s Degree in related fields.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant hotel experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or equivalent position.
Position 4: Manager ICT-EH
Educational Qualification
Applicants should have:
- BSc Degree in:
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Information Technology
- Related IT fields
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or equivalent position.
OR
- MSc Degree in IT-related fields.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or equivalent position.
Position 5: Head Human Resources
Educational Qualification
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Management
- Personnel Management
- Human Resource Management
- Business Management
- Business Administration
- Accounting
- Related fields
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 3 years in a managerial position in HR Management.
OR
- Master’s Degree in related fields.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 3 years in a managerial position in HR Management.
Position 6: Chief Security-EH
Educational Qualification
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or equivalent position.
OR
- Master’s Degree in any field.
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or equivalent position.
Language Requirement
- Knowledge of Ethiopian working language and English is mandatory.
