Position Summary: Junior Administrative Assistant
Ethiopian Airlines Group invites qualified and competent candidates to apply for the position of Junior Administrative Assistant. The role supports administrative and secretarial functions across the organization.
Qualification Requirements
Option One
- BA Degree in one of the following or related fields:
- Management
- Business Management
- Business Administration
- Management Information System
- Accounting
- Accounting Information System
- Other business-related fields
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a recognized organization in administrative or secretarial activities
Option Two
- College Diploma / 10+3 / Level III or IV Certificate in:
- Secretarial Science and Office Management
- Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations
- Secretarial Science
- Other business-related fields
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a recognized organization in administrative or secretarial activities
Language Requirement
- Proficiency in Ethiopian Airlines working language, English, is mandatory
Age Requirement
- Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age, inclusive
