Available Positions and Requirements
Position 1: IS Security Operations Analyst
Qualification:
MSc/BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum of 3.5 years (for MSc holders) or 5.5 years (for BSc holders) of experience in:
- Security Operations Center (SOC) operations
- Incident response
- IT security
Certification Requirements:
- One or more of the following certifications are preferred:
- Security+
- CySA+
- CSA
- CEH
- Or equivalent
- Knowledge and awareness of:
- ISO 27001
- NIST Framework
- CIS Controls
(Certification or demonstrated knowledge is mandatory)
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Branch Manager – Grade C
Qualification and Experience:
- MA or MBA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with a minimum of 6.5 years of banking experience
OR
- BA Degree in the same fields with a minimum of 8.5 years of banking experience
Additional Experience Requirement:
- At least 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B
OR - At least 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
