Position: Warehouse Storekeeper
EthioChicken is seeking a qualified and experienced Warehouse Storekeeper to ensure proper warehouse operations, inventory management, and compliance with company SOPs at its Hawassa location.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Business Management
- Accounting & Finance
- Supplies Management
- Or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years related work experience
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch & Receiving Execution
- Follow warehouse SOPs for dispatching and receiving
- Create DO in the system and print ERCA invoice for each customer
- Organize and send physical documents to Head Office
- Report incidents, issues, or challenges to the manager
Inventory Management Execution
- Follow stacking safety and stock count procedures
- Monitor feed stock and notify manager of low stock
- Apply FIFO method to ensure proper inventory management
- Update inventory balance consistently
- Report monthly stock balance and accruals
Warehouse Maintenance
- Follow warehouse security and maintenance SOPs
- Report infrastructure damages (roof, walls, windows, etc.)
- Ensure warehouse floor is clean and safe
